Family Garden Design with a Large Lawn in Galway

The brief for this garden was to create a usable space for a young family whilst giving a modern feel to the overall property.

As can be seen from the “before” photographs the lawn was quite wet which rendered the area unusable for a large part of the year. To overcome this it was decided to install an Astro turf surface.

Raised beds were constructed along the boundary with LED lighting installed. The boundary walls were plastered and painted and an additional patio was constructed to avail of the all important evening sun.
